His Royal Highness Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah graciously established the Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) to help ease the burden of those living in poverty. His Royal Highness decreed, “TASK will also play a vital role in promoting a more equitable distribution of economic opportunities and serve as a platform for all parties to work together in extending support, compassion and assistance to those in need.”
18 June 2023 – His Royal Highness Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah decreed the establishment of the Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) during the Investiture Ceremony and the Presentation of State Honours held in conjunction with the 81st Birthday Celebration of His Royal Highness at Balairung Seri, Istana Anak Bukit, Alor Setar.
The Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) was established in October 2022 under the royal patronage of His Royal Highness Al Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah. TASK is a visionary initiative dedicated to enhancing the well-being, empowerment, and prosperity of the people of Kedah through a comprehensive approach founded on the principles of charity, development, and sustainability.
Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) officially commenced its operations in August 2023, marking the beginning of the implementation of a wide range of initiatives aimed at empowering the people and advancing the development of the State of Kedah.
Driven by His Royal Highness Al Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah’s deep commitment to the welfare of the people and unwavering dedication to the progress of the State, TASK was established as a beacon of hope for communities throughout Kedah. It reflects His Royal Highness’s enduring vision for the State’s socio-economic growth, as well as His Royal Highness’s profound concern for the well-being of the people, environmental sustainability, and animal welfare.
