His Royal Highness the Raja Muda of Kedah Visits a Home Renovated Under the Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) Home Improvement Programme

16 January 2024, Padang Terap, Kedah – His Royal Highness Tengku Sarafudin Badlishah Ibni Sultan Sallehuddin, the Raja Muda of Kedah, graciously visited a home in Mukim Tekai Kanan, Padang Terap, which had recently been renovated under the Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) Home Improvement Programme.

The house underwent comprehensive renovation to provide better living conditions for a family caring for a member undergoing cancer treatment while also supporting the needs of elderly family members. During the visit, His Royal Highness inspected the completed improvements, which included the construction of a new bedroom with an attached bathroom, the expansion of the ceiling space, and the installation of a new zinc roof to enhance the comfort and safety of the occupants.

His Royal Highness also graciously presented the family with a food basket and cash assistance of RM100. To commemorate the completion of the project, a plaque bearing the Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) Home Improvement Programme was installed at the residence.

The visit reflects TASK's continued commitment to improving the quality of life of families in need through meaningful home improvement initiatives, while demonstrating its important role in supporting underprivileged communities throughout the State of Kedah.
