Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) proudly sponsored the Furry Day: Purr-fect Day for Cat Lovers programme, organised by the Animal Lovers Club of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) at the UUM Library Foyer.
The programme reflects one of TASK's key focus areas - Animal Welfare. It was organised to raise public awareness of the importance of responsible animal care and compassion towards animals, particularly cats. Activities throughout the programme included the Pawsitive Adoption campaign, animal health screenings, a cat competition, a talk on the care of stray animals, and a variety of other engaging activities.
TASK is honoured to support this meaningful initiative, which not only promotes the welfare of animals but also fosters a stronger sense of social responsibility within the community. It is hoped that this programme will inspire more individuals and organisations to play an active role in promoting animal welfare and creating a more compassionate society.
