Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah and TNR Langkawi Successfully Sterilise 27 Stray Dogs through the Stray Dog Neutering Programme
Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK), in collaboration with TNR Langkawi, successfully carried out a large-scale stray dog neutering programme with the support of the dedicated veterinary team from Langkawi Animal Medical Clinic. Held in Langkawi, the programme successfully sterilised 27 stray dogs, marking an important milestone in efforts to manage the local stray animal population.
This initiative forms part of TNR Langkawi's ongoing commitment to promoting responsible stray animal management through the Trap–Neuter–Release (TNR) approach. By reducing unplanned breeding, the programme helps create a healthier and more sustainable environment for both animals and the local community.
