TASK Contributes in Conjunction with World Children's Day, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and World Senior Citizens' Day

Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) contributed a total of RM38,062.00 during the 2023 Kedah State Celebration of World Children's Day, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and World Senior Citizens' Day, held at Raia Hotel & Convention Centre, Kedah.

16 December 2023 – Tabung Amanah Sultan Kedah (TASK) reaffirmed its strong commitment to community welfare by presenting three significant contributions during the 2023 Kedah State Celebration of World Children's Day, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and World Senior Citizens' Day.

TASK contributed RM9,152.00 to the Pusat Aktiviti Warga Emas (PAWE) Kedah to support initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life of senior citizens through financial assistance, essential healthcare equipment, and impactful social programmes. The contribution was graciously presented by His Royal Highness the Raja Muda of Kedah.

TASK also allocated RM8,070.00 to Taman Sinar Harapan, Jitra, Kedah, for the purchase of two specialised wheelchairs for persons in need. This contribution, also graciously presented by His Royal Highness the Raja Muda of Kedah, reflects TASK's commitment to improving accessibility and enhancing the quality of life of persons with disabilities.

In addition, TASK contributed RM20,840.00 to the Pokok Sena Children's Home, Kedah, to support the welfare and development of children through financial assistance and the provision of essential needs.

These contributions reflect TASK's holistic approach to community empowerment and its commitment to fostering a more inclusive society throughout the State of Kedah. Through initiatives such as these, and under the leadership of His Royal Highness the Raja Muda of Kedah, TASK continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of senior citizens, children, and persons with disabilities, while advancing community welfare and social cohesion across the State.
